Deposit Policy:

1. A 50% advance deposit is required at the time of booking.
2. The balance must be cleared no later than 14 days before your arrival.

Late Booking Policy:

• If you make a reservation within 14 days of your planned booking date, a 100% payment is required within 24 hours.

Cancellation Fee:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date will result in a 0% charge of the total bill.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total bill.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date will result in a 100% charge of the total bill.
